Hotel is in a great location with wonderful views but food was awful. My husband got cold chicken in the restaurant. He asked for it to be heated and it came back having been heated in the microwave. The plate was hotter than the chicken!! For a £250.00 per night hotel room, the breakfast was a joke. They were literally putting child size portions of food out and not replenishing anything unless asked to do so. Food was awful as well. Pathetic place.

Exceptional Scored 10 10 The hotel service was excellent but when I quickly booked the hotel, though I remember I put 2 persons staying but some how it showed in the confirmation one person staying and then they charged me extra per night for my partner to stay with me in the same room I asked for a large queen bed which they provided, they did not do any thing additional but they charged extra per night was totally not fair. I will never stay in that hotel again and also will think twice to use your app to book my hotels. For the next leg on 15th I already used trip.com

Wonderful stay in Hotel Annapurna View Sarangkot The atmosphere was really beautiful, the view was breathtaking. Rooms were a piece of art and the staffs were really helpful and kind. Talking about the food, the food was really delicious!! One must go here for vacation if in Pokhara

Sunrise in the Himalayas in 2020 I watched the sunrise at this hotel in 2020. Upon entering the lobby, the first thing that catches your eye is Machhapuchhre, a mountain considered sacred. The view is breathtaking and beyond words. The room was spacious and clean, and you can see the magnificent Himalayan mountain range from inside. It took a little while for the hot water to come on in the shower, but since it's at the top of the mountain, I was able to be patient. With the Himalayas right in front of me, I was able to relax and enjoy such luxury that I wondered if I deserved it. This is a wonderful hotel that you should definitely stay at for at least one night if you come to Pokhara.

This property is incredible. It sits perched atop a large hill providing majestic views of the Himalayas and sweeping views of Fewa lake and the Pokhara valley behind. The hotel provides every opportunity for you to view the mountains with rooms, dining, and the lobby all facing the mountains. The service is incredible as well. The staff was quick to help on any matter from preparing food, to arranging chairs for our group to take in the sunset with a few beers. Rooms were always kept in excellent shape while also keeping in mind the environment. The rooms were quite spacious with the basic room including a walk in closet, full bathroom, sitting area, and porch with seating. Despite being atop a large hill, the resort was easily accessible via cab but as an alternative, the Annapurna cable car was a short walk away providing a more scenic option to ascend or descend the hill to the resort.

Exceptional Scored 10 10 The location and facilities were great, and the staff were wonderful.Although I arrived a few hours before check-in time, I was immediately shown to my room and was able to relax.The restaurant meals were reasonably priced, and I was able to purchase high-quality souvenirs.

Amazing, you must stay here Scored 10 10 What a beautiful location, with 180 degree uninterrupted views of the Annapurna range from your bedroom, just stunning, it takes your breath away every-time you look The staff were amazing, the food delicious and I defy anyone to be able to finish the breakfast The room was so spacious, very clean with lots of hot water for the shower, even down to the special coffee they have in the room, it's so thoughtful, I loved my stay.

A truly memorable stay in Sarangkot! The hotel is in an excellent location with breathtaking views, and waking up to the sunrise from our room was an unforgettable experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The food exceeded our expectations, especially the dinner thali—it was absolutely delicious and the portion size was generous. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views from the windows. We also appreciated how child-friendly the hotel is, which made our family stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality, delicious food, and incredible views.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location! Scored 10 10 Loved everything! The location was perfect though if you're wanting to be close to the action it is a but far from Lakeside and the cable car stops around 5.30pm. The staff were exceptional and the views are out of this world!!

The view of Annapurna peak from Suite room is absolutely incredible. You can see the peak from your bed on a clear day. The staff gave me a surprised birthday souvenir. Breakfast menu is very good.

It’s difficult to describe this properly in words… as soon as we entered the property, the view from lobby just took our breath away… Mount Annapurna and Fish Tail ( Machpuchare) were there to give us a warm welcome. I’ve not seen such beautiful property in my life… courteous staffs, warm Nepalese hospitality, breathtaking views from room were just beyond words. We stayed one night in Annapurna view suits, very well maintained, stylish vast room with large balcony and huge glass windows… one can enjoy the Annapurna and Fish Tail massif right from the bed from dawn to dusk.. they have a excellent terrace with 360 degree views of Phokhara valley, arranged morning tea and coffee to witness the mesmerising sunrise on mount Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and mount Fish Tail… the restaurant also has excellent views with sumptuous food to make your breakfast a memorable one … my soul remained unfulfilled by staying only one night there… the place was like heaven… wish I could spend more quality time in future.

We hosted our wedding at Annapurna hotel, Sarangkot. This place is so beautiful. We captured amazing pictures on our wedding. The staff is super nice and extremely helpful especially Bishnu Thapa sir. He helped us conduct our wedding so smoothly. Every arrangement was done perfectly and the staff were continuously on foot to arrange and coordinate things during our wedding. Special thanks to Bishnu Thapa sir as he helped us a lot through every step of our wedding preparation from food to decorations. The staff is super friendly with great hospitality. The food is amazing here. The stay was super comfortable. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Its one of the best places we stayed in Pokhara.

It's a hotel with great prospects. Unfortunately it was rainy on our day, but we enjoyed the superb view of Annapur when we dropped our luggage the day before The hotel staff is also perfectly responsive When I asked them to change their flight to Kathmandu, the staff implemented the procedures directly with the airline, which helped me get around smoothly.

After completing the Annapurna Circuit Trek and crossing the Thorang La Pass I landed at HAV for my “Me” time to relax and rejuvenate. And the Hotel didn’t disappoint as usual. My fifth visit here and except for few new staff the service and hospitality has not changed at all. No major suggestions except to have a in-house spa and swimming pool. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and relaxed for 4 days. Special thanks to Ms Anita who kept checking in and ensured best quality service. All the best to the new OM Monmohan. Hope to return again

The Hotel Annapurna View Sarangkot is a beautiful place to escape to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The staff are exceptionally polite, professional and pleasant and they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe, comfortable and happy. The rooms are nice and very clean and the dining is exquisite. I enjoyed delicious Nepali cuisine during my stay and will absolutely return next time I visit. 10/10 exceptional experience.
